Parlophone/Odeon PBA 13010
Tonight we have a Pedro transfer of an album presented on Loronix several years ago. As you might have guessed, instead of writing anything about it, I will point to Órfãos do Loronix where Zecalouro's text is reprinted.
Of course, I will not fail to publish the track list:
01. Sá Marina (Antônio Adolfo / Tibério Gaspar)
02. Eu E A Brisa (Johnny Alf)
03. Desencontro (Chico Buarque)
04. Feitiço da Vila (Noel Rosa / Vadico)
05. Viola Enluarada (Marcos Valle / Paulo Sérgio Valle)
06. Por Que (Geraldo Vespar / Mário Telles)
Bourrê (Geraldo Vandré)
07. Corcovado (Tom Jobim)
08. Até Segunda-Feira (Chico Buarque)
09. No Brilho da Faca (Wagner Tiso / Novelli / Paulo Sérgio Valle)
10. Mancada (Gilberto Gil)
11. Olê, Olá (Chico Buarque)
12. Lapinha (Baden Powell / Paulo César Pinheiro)
VIOLA ENLUARADA
Créditos: Pedro & 300discos
Lovely Lp! Interestingly this was released in the U.S without the last track on this the Brazilian edition.Probably due to copyright problems i guess.
ReplyDeletebtw i'm still looking for a good copy of Paulinho Nogueira's 1st Lp ''A Voz do Violão" recorded for CBS.So maybe you could ask your amigos Milan.I have a terrible copy which is a real shame because its marvellous guitar playing,
ReplyDeleteI do not have this album at all, but be sure that if someone visiting this blog has it as a good transfer, he will send it to us.
DeleteP.S so the missing track from the U.S version titled ''New Breeze From Brazil'' is Olê, Olá by Chico Buarque.Stu
